R&R service crew is trained in alcohol awareness to assist in any situation.
At least one of your R&R crew member will be TAM-certified.
R&R reserves the right to refuse service to guest(s) who, in the crew's professional judgment, appear to have had too much to drink or seem impaired. R&R will work with host to make the call.
Tips are customary in the spirits delivery (a.k.a bartending) industry. Select one of the two options to handle them: Allow a tip jar or host gratuity, in which the tip jar is eliminated, and the host pays 20% gratuity of the total cost of bartending services.
We accept major credit cards and cash are accepted.
50% deposit will be due within 3 days upon receipt of the invoice. The remaining balance will be collected 3 days prior to the event.
R&R cannot perform any mobile bartending services until full payment is received.
What happens to the non-refundable retainer if the scheduled event must be canceled?
The retainer is non-refundable once the date is secured and staffs are scheduled.
However, we are pretty understanding people. You can reschedule with another date (length of time varies), and use the retainer for the rescheduled event.
